My name is Diksha Singh, and I am from Azamgarh. I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce from VBSPU University and I am currently pursuing my MBA from MIMT, Greater Noida (Knowledge Park–3). Along with my academic background, I have strengthened my professional skill set through certifications in SHRM, Human Resource Management, Learn and Lead, Software Skills, and Personality Development, which have helped me gain a strong foundation in HR concepts and workplace professionalism. Recently, I completed an HR internship at Flipkart, where I got hands-on exposure to core HR operations such as recruitment support, employee coordination, documentation, and understanding warehouse HR processes. This experience helped me develop practical knowledge, improved my communication skills, and gave me a clear understanding of how HR functions in a fast-paced corporate environment.
